About Us

A music-tech company, operated at the speed of AI

One Music Media is an independent Czech music-tech studio on a mission: make deliberate, structured music practice accessible to every adult who wants to learn -- without a private teacher, without intimidation. It currently operates under the One Music Media trade name, with formal incorporation planned as the business grows.

Our strategic thesis is simple: a music-tech business can be run almost entirely by one founder directing a fleet of AI agents. Content creation, marketing, customer support, and product iteration are automated using a tiered model stack -- local models for bulk work, premium AI for high-value tasks. This collapses the cost base and lets margins approach those of pure software.

The product is already built. The hard engineering -- authentication, payments, GDPR, offline sync, audio DSP, deployment -- is done. Now we grow.

MusicTrainerPro offers a Free tier (limited features), a Pro tier at 199 CZK/month with unlimited practice and all tools, and an annual billing option at 1,490 CZK/year for savings. A Pro+ tier with AI coaching and advanced analytics is planned for the future.

The marketplace allows music teachers to sell structured courses and composers to sell sheet music. We take a 25% commission on paid content, meaning creators keep 75% of each sale. Free content is also allowed to drive engagement and discovery.

One Music Media is based in the Czech Republic and currently operates under the One Music Media trade name -- it is not yet incorporated as a company. We build under EU law with GDPR and privacy in mind, and plan to incorporate (most likely as a Czech s.r.o.) as the business grows.
